Divyang Himganekar is left-arm medium pacer and a handy lower-order batsman hailing from the state of Maharashtra, who plays for his native state in the Indian domestic competitions. He is military medium pacer who has moulded himself as a specialist for the limited-over formats and has found early success in India's domestic competitions such as the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy and the Vijay Hazare Trophy, and has proved to be a handy option lower down the order with the odd cameo and enough power to clear the boundary. With 18 wickets in 19 T20s, he has had a decent start to his career, particularly given that he is a left-arm pacer, which increases his chances of a national cap given the dearth of left-arm quick bowlers on this side of the border.
