A leg-break bowler, Vishal Tripathi comes from a good cricketing background. His father, Pankaj played for Burnley while his brother, Bharat Tripathi represents Gloucestershire 2nd XI. Vishal made his debut for Oxford MCCU against Northamptonshire at Oxford in 2010.

Vishal currently plies his trade for Northamptonshire.
