A skilful pacer, who is always game for the pinch hitter role with the bat, Esuan Crandon has been a key component of the Guyana team. He was also a strong contender to break into the West Indies team in the 2000's but failed to make the cut. The multi-dimensional cricketer starred in Guyana's title wins in the 2008 and 2010 regional Twenty 20 competition.

Crandon also played for Guyana the World T20 League in South Africa in 2010 but only had modest success to show for. His younger brother Royston Crandon has represented both Guyana and West Indies.
