Pradhan made his Ranji Trophy debut at Cuttack in November 2013 but as a result of Manish Pandey's match defining century in that game, Karnataka managed to beat Odisha by 4 wickets.

During Ranji Trophy 2017-18, Odisha's leading wicket taker was this man who bagged 14 wickets altogether. With the new ball upfront, Pradhan managed to rattle the batsmen with his swing and turned out to be the best bowler of the team that season.
