Rashid Khan to Mulder, out Caught by Linde!! Rashid wins the battle. This is what experience does. He knew Mulder was coming at him - so he slows it up and gets it to grip, Mulder makes room and looks to go down the ground, but the turn makes the ball fly off the outer half and Linde settles under it near backward point. Rashid Khan to Matthew De Villiers, FOUR, shot! Wrong 'un that's on the shorter side, De Villiers rides the bounce and cracks it behind square on the off-side. He played that from the off-stump line and the placement was superb

Rabada to Shubham Ranjane, 1 run, dropped! Rassie has put down a sitter. Rabada should have been on a hat-trick. He's not happy. Fullish delivery at the stumps, Ranjane closes the bat face and the leading edge flies to sweeper cover. Rassie comes in and bends down to take it low, gets both hands but does not hang on

Rabada to Ferreira, out Caught by Rickelton!! Another excellent take. Another massive wicket for MI Cape Town as Ferreira is the in-form batter. He departs with close to 5 overs still remaining. Rabada goes for the hard length and rushes Ferreira on the pull, the top-edge goes towards short fine and Rickelton moves across to his left, keeps his eyes on the ball and hangs on with both hands. Rabada to Ferreira, FOUR, sloppy from Boult. Short and angled in, Ferreira stays inside the line and pulls backward of square, he gets it past short fine but Boult gets across in the deep, scrambles and makes a hash

Rashid Khan to du Plessis, out Caught by Reeza Hendricks!! Brilliant by Reeza. He's plucked out a stunner to dismiss the dangerous Faf du Plessis. Big wicket from Rashid. Flighted delivery on middle and leg, Faf backs away and does not quite get under the length, lofts it towards long-on and the ball seemed to be sailing over, but Reeza times his jump perfectly, holds on but was going over the rope - so he throws the ball up, goes beyond the rope and comes back in to complete the catch. Faf hangs around as the third umpire checks the catch, it is fine and off he goes. du Plessis c Reeza Hendricks b Rashid Khan 44(21) [4s-7 6s-2]

Boult to du Plessis, FOUR, 4, 4, 6, 4! Faf laying into Boult. Off-pace delivery, but it is short and sits up nicely outside off, Faf waits for it and unleashes a powerful cut in front of square, splitting extra cover and mid-off perfectly

Boult to du Plessis, SIX, Boult overcorrects and Faf was waiting for that. The line is straighter - on off and middle, Faf was expecting that and flicks it with a strong bottom hand over mid-wicket, just clears the rope

Boult to du Plessis, FOUR, back to back fours. Boult not learning. It was the slower ball but the line is outside off, Faf moves across and drills the drive in front of square, beats a diving extra cover and picks up another boundary

Boult to du Plessis, FOUR, crunched! 137ks on a length and angled across, Faf stays leg-side and that gives him the space to open up the off-side field, he drives square of the wicket and starts the final over of the powerplay with a boundary

Linde to du Plessis, 1 run, 96ks flatter and sliding in, Faf rocks back and whips it wide of mid-on. It was uppish and the fielder does well to dive to his right and make the stop, he slipped as he was about to throw and that allowed Faf to make his crease comfortably

Linde to du Plessis, SIX, lovely shot! Faf comes down the track, gets to the pitch of the flighted delivery and that allows him to loft it against the spin, lifts it over mid-on and has no problems clearing the rope

Corbin Bosch to Matthew De Villiers, FOUR, another batter who opens his account with a four. This is lovely shot. Nothing much wrong with the delivery. Fullish delivery on off, De Villiers presents the full face of the bat and drives it straight down the ground. He couldn't have got off the mark with a better shot than that

Corbin Bosch to Dian Forrester, out Caught by Rickelton!! Bosch strikes with his first ball. Forrester departs cheaply. Wickets in successive overs for MI Cape Town. They are pulling things back. Nothing but a good length ball angled across, Forrester chases after the drive and all he manages is an outside edge. Simple catch for Rickelton. Linde to Dian Forrester, FOUR, Forrester is off the mark with a boundary. Drifted across from the left-hander, Forrester had the space to free his hands and he creams the drive in front of square, pierces a packed off-side field

Linde to James Vince, out Caught by Reeza Hendricks!! Linde provides the breakthrough. Big wicket for MI Cape Town as the pair had gotten Super Kings off to a flying start. Once again Vince comes down the track, but Linde saw him coming and slowed it up while also pulling his length back, Vince reaches for the loft and miscues it towards extra cover. Linde to James Vince, SIX, fabulous shot! Excellent use of the feet. Bit of flight given by Linde and Vince is quick to shimmy down the pitch, gets to the pitch of the ball and smokes it over wide long-on

Rabada to du Plessis, FOUR, fourth in the over. Rabada comes closer and Faf was waiting for it, he shuffles a bit and picks it off his pads, the flick is not middled but comfortably sails over mid-wicket, lands just inside the rope
