Liam Scott to Mousley, FOUR, connects this time! I did say freaky and it indeed is. This was a half volley and Mousley's reverse sweep finds the sweet spot, slicing it easily over a leaping backward point

Simpson to Aldridge, SIX, this has landed on the roof! Much-needed biggie for England in these slog overs. Juicy full toss, Aldridge was backing away early and just swung over mid-wicket. Made a fantastic connection to send this whistling away. Aldridge had a look at the square leg umpire to see if he could get a waist-high no ball but it's a fair delivery

Simpson to Mousley, FOUR, smart batting from Mousley who plays the field beautifully on this occasion. Read the slower ball and with the width on offer, he had the time to pick his spot. Opens the bat face very late to slice this between the keeper and short third man

Simpson to Aldridge, FOUR, aerial but Aldridge has picked his spot. Slower ball on middle and leg, he probably read it and chips this using his wrists over square leg. Neat placement

Simpson to Balderson, out Caught by Patrick Rowe!! Edged and gone. Australia starting to tighten the screws. Round the wicket, angling in from a fuller length and tails away just a tad as Balderson looks to drive. Gets a healthy nick through to Patrick Rowe who makes no mistake. Liam Scott to Joey Evison, out Caught by Sully!! Clever bowling and Evison is sent packing. Slower and wider, he fancies slamming this over cover but can only get a fat slice. Lobs up towards short third man where Sully accepts a dolly. Australia picking up those timely wickets whenever England have threatened to break free. Liam Scott to Mousley, SIX, terrific effort by Sangha! Took a sharp catch at long-off but it was hit flat at him and the momentum dragged him backwards towards the ropes. He tried to parry it back so that he could take it onh the rebound, and did that too. Only that his back foot had touched the ropes before he could release the ball. It's confirmed on replays and Mousley has a life. Had miscued this loft just a bit and for a moment, he might have been nervous

Simpson to Joey Evison, SIX, he's absolutely pumped this! Short and sits up nicely for Evison just nails it over deep mid-wicket with a clean strike. A riveting pull shot

Liam Scott to Joey Evison, FOUR, excellent batting! This was on a good length, Evison decided to go over mid-off and made a clean connection with the loft over the infield. A shot of swagger

Oliver Davies to Mousley, FOUR, orthodox sweep, nicely bends down and connects this beautifully to send it away to the deep square leg fence. Mousley loves this shot

Sully to Ben Charlesworth, out Caught by Sangha!! This is a massive wicket for Australia! Charlesworth was the anchor around which the England innings was revolving and he has to go. Was losing his momentum in recent overs due to lack of strike and it has affected him eventually. Harmless short ball on leg stump, wasn't really threatening but Charlesworth couldn't control the swivel-pull, thereby getting a fat top edge. Sangha at fine leg initially seemed to have overran the ball but then gathered himself properly to pouch it. A fab innings from Charlesworth but he will be gutted to get out at this stage. Sully to Goldsworthy, out Caught by Patrick Rowe!! Back to back wickets for Australia. The promotion for Goldsworthy does not work out as he goes for a golden duck. Back of a length with some away nibble, Goldsworthy pokes with laden feet and nicks it behind to the keeper. There was a bit of extra bounce as well as the ball took the shoulder of the bat. Sangha to Jack Haynes, out Caught by Fraser-McGurk!! It was a game of patience and Sangha has won it. He picks up his first wicket of the game. Tossed up invitingly outside off and Haynes goes for the slog sweep, the ball spins away to catch the top-edge and skies towards extra cover, a simple catch for Fraser-McGurk. Oliver Davies to Tom Clark, out Caught by Mackenzie Harvey!! The pressure got to Clark. He was kept on a leash by the spinners and when he decided to break them, he perishes. Shimmies down the wicket, takes it on the full and whips it straight to mid-wicket, Harvey bends down to complete the catch. Australia fighting back after the opening stand. Murphy to Jordan Cox, out Caught&Bowled!! Soft dismissal and Australia have finally broken through. A bit of drift on this off break and probably held onto the pitch a bit as well. Sully to Ben Charlesworth, FOUR, absolute disdain from Charlesworth as he picks up this harmless half-tracker with a cracking pull over mid-wicket. Crunched it away

Sully to Ben Charlesworth, FOUR, short and too wide, Charlesworth sits deep in the crease and glides this wide of the backward point fielder. Pure timing as he just used Sully's pace to find the gap and the outfield did the rest

Sully to Jordan Cox, no run, just short of the slip cordon! Once again Sully generates some kick off the deck from a good length, taking Cox totally by surprise. He was in a tangle trying to fend and is lucky that ball didn't carry to the fielders in the slips. Flew off the bat handle

Simpson to Jordan Cox, FOUR, sublime stroke! Was overcooked by Simpson and Cox presented the full face of the bat to ease this straight back past the bowler. Mid-off was wider and hence, full value for the shot

Sully to Jordan Cox, FOUR, shortish and into the hips, Cox gets across and tickles it very fine down the leg-side. Fine leg is a bit square and cannot get across in time
