Ben Raine to P Walter, out Caught by Lyth!! Gone this time! A useful cameo from P Walter. P Walter c Lyth b Ben Raine 26(12) [4s-2 6s-2]

Ben Raine to P Walter, SIX, what an astounding hit this is! Granted it's a wide full toss, but it was to the bigger side of the ground and Walter didn't even middle this properly. Sliced at it almost off-balance still cleared deep point comfortably. What power, what long levers! Brings up the 200 in style and this is the highest-ever total in The Hundred (Men's)

4

Dwayne Bravo to Tristan Stubbs, out Caught by Simpson!! Stubbs' falls finally! Clever deception from Bravo, slower leg-cutter and Stubbs wanted to go across the line with the slog sweep. Tristan Stubbs c Simpson b Dwayne Bravo 46(23) [4s-1 6s-5]

6
Wiese to P Walter, SIX, Walter has joined the party with a mammoth hit! Length ball, in-angler and it's been dispatched over deep mid-wicket with a clean slog. Wiese has the most expensive figures in tournament history! Unwanted record to have, but the only solace for him is that he will be batting later on
84
4
Wiese to P Walter, FOUR, more of a mistimed heave from Walter but he's dragged this into the gap at deep square leg and finds the boundary eventually. Poor ball, given that it's an off-side dominant field
81
6
Wiese to Tristan Stubbs, SIX, M-A-S-S-I-V-E! Wide line but it's a slot ball, Stubbs shuffles across to counter the line and bulldozes a 97 meters maximum over wide long-on. Huge hit!
75
W
Adil Rashid to Russell, out Caught by Ben Raine!! Rashid with a big scalp! This is a potential damage-control wicket of high value! After supposedly deciding to play out Rashid all this while, the West Indian DNA of Russell eventually gets to him. Can't resist and decides to have a go on the leggie's final delivery of the game. Tries the slog sweep, doesn't connect and holes out to deep mid-wicket. Given the nature of the deck and all the mayhem we've seen, this does come as a weird innings from Russell. Russell c Ben Raine b Adil Rashid 17(17) [6s-2]
71
Adil Rashid to Tristan Stubbs, 1 run, quicker one around off, Stubbs stays back and works it away down to long-on

C Miles to Russell, SIX, it's official now, the Originals attack has resumed and it's ominous signs for the Superchargers now. Both batters have got settled in and are starting to find the boundaries for fun. Russell this time, clears his front leg to a length ball and pumps this over wide long-on
69
C Miles to Tristan Stubbs, 1 run, nearly a blinder from Faf! Raced across to his right and leapt mid-air, sticking out his right hand but wasn't able to cling on. A very tough chance! Fuller, Stubbs wanted to drill this through the off-side again, got it off the toe-end and nearly paid the price
68
6

64

W
Wiese to Philip Salt, out Caught by Harry Brook!! What a blinder from Brook! Wow! The previous catch was sharp, albeit regulation still but this is something else. Salt is in disbelief. He had clubbed this length ball flat towards long-on, and probably thought that he had hit the gap. But no, he'd hit it straight towards long-on where Brook charged forward and dived to pluck an outstanding catch. Fair to say that the Superchargers have got some momentum going since the timeout. That said, Originals still have plenty of firepower left. Philip Salt c Harry Brook b Wiese 55(25) [4s-3 6s-5]
42
W
Dwayne Bravo to Laurie Evans, out Caught by Harry Brook!! Superchargers finally have a breakthrough! The seasoned Bravo provides them with the much-needed wicket. Slower ball, Evans loses timing on the heave and hits this flat to long-on where Brook makes no mistake. It's been a nice little passage for the home side since the timeout and this wicket is the icing on the cake. Fine knock from Evans though, had to fill the role of Buttler as an opener too and fair to say that he's done well. Laurie Evans c Harry Brook b Dwayne Bravo 45(19) [4s-6 6s-2]
41
Dwayne Bravo to Philip Salt, 1 run, very full and outside off, Salt jammed out to long-off. First-ever century opening stand in The Hundred!

34
4
Wiese to Laurie Evans, FOUR, no stopping the boundaries, just no stopping them at all! Almost the perfect yorker, but Evans squeezes it out past short fine leg. Inside-halved it a bit but was intentional to a large extent
33
6
Wiese to Laurie Evans, SIX, the massacre continues! Slower ball, faster ball, shorter ball, fuller ball, spinner, pacer, you name it - they're going the distance! This is a slower ball, but right in the slot for Evans who smokes this over deep mid-wicket
31
4
Wiese to Laurie Evans, FOUR, slower ball, Evans was initially done in for lack of pace but adjusted to whip it very square of the short fine leg fielder. Deep square leg did try to get across but had no chance on this outfield
29
6
Adil Rashid to Philip Salt, SIX, three sixes in a row! Rashid is being ripped apart here by Salt! Fired full, but it's right in the slot and been dumped straight down the ground. Excellent hitting!

27
6
Adil Rashid to Philip Salt, SIX, this is turning out to be a boundary-hitting competition out there! Rashid bowled this wider to keep it out of Salt's arc but he still reaches it and slog sweeps it mercilessly over wide long-on
25
6
Dwayne Bravo to Laurie Evans, SIX, smashed out of the ground! Juicy full toss, pace-off as well, Evans waits and hammers this over deep mid-wicket with a strong heave. What a powerplay for the Originals!
24
4
Dwayne Bravo to Laurie Evans, FOUR, 50 up inside the powerplay! Stand-in captain with a scorching drive through the covers. Not all that full, was a length ball but this is such a belter of a deck. Allows Evans to smoke through the line and he clears extra cover easily
23
4
Dwayne Bravo to Laurie Evans, FOUR, this outfield is just lightning quick! Gentle pick up shot from Evans, spotted the slower ball and got it over square leg as the fielder was up there. Once it goes over the infield, it's hard to stop the boundaries here
22
4
Dwayne Bravo to Laurie Evans, FOUR, loose ball, slower ball well down leg and Evans ensures that he gets a fine tickle on this one. No chance for the man at short fine leg
17
4
Willey to Philip Salt, FOUR, raining boundaries! This is a thick outside edge but Salt and Originals won't care. Width offered, he slashes hard and slices this well over short third man
16
4
Willey to Philip Salt, FOUR, this time Bravo can't do much! Length ball, Salt clears his front leg and clubs it easily over the infield. Thumped this away really hard
15
C Miles to Philip Salt, 2 runs, what a phenomenal effort from Bravo! Trekked back miles from mid-on, almost towards the deep with the ball always going over his shoulder and he dived forward to almost take a blinder. Had it during the dive but it just popped up. Would have easily been the catch of the tournament. Salt wanted to go downtown and initially seemed like a maximum, only to then find out that he hadn't made the best connection. But gee!! What an effort from DJ!
13
4
C Miles to Laurie Evans, FOUR, Evans gets into the act now! Gets a length ball, a touch wide and he goes for the classical lofted off-drive, easily over wide mid-off

4
6
Willey to Philip Salt, SIX, and there's the first maximum of the game! Proper strike from Salt this time, came down and across, using that inswing once more to his advantage, heaving this into the crowd at deep mid-wicket
3
4
Willey to Philip Salt, FOUR, right, Salt has had enough. Walks down and across, and heaves this withe inswing over mid-wicket. Not the cleanest hit but picks the gap in the deep
