Buttler (3/3): [On Paul Walter] He's been fantastic. I think he's had to wait for his chance. He's played for Manchester, formerly Originals, a bit before. So he knew the conditions really well. Had a great season with Essex in the Blast at the top of the order. And again, he's awkward to bowl at. Obviously, he's a tall man with great reach. He's got a great swing of the bat. Some of these shots, really good balls. So any player that can put a bowler under pressure from a really good delivery around the top of the stumps is great. And I think the most pleasing thing is how he's continued his form. He's obviously batted really well in the four games I think he's played so far. But each game he's done it again. He's started again and kept it going. So yeah, one more game for him hopefully. [On Heinrich Klaasen] Don't always watch guys bat in the nets. But I watched him yesterday in the nets and it was impressive. And he just felt like he almost said he sort of found something. And a player of that quality, when they come into the game feeling obviously really confident from their practice, and he executed today, very difficult player to bowl at. He's been one of the best players in this format in the world for a long time. So good to have him in the team.

Buttler (2/3): [On Josh Tongue] I think pace is one thing. So he's obviously got high pace with a really good slower ball. So if you can bowl 90 miles an hour, then with quite good disguise, drop your pace down, that's very effective. He creates really good angles. I think awkward angles as a batter. He's sort of, we'd say, over the perpendicular a little bit. So with that angle in. And yeah, he has good lengths. He's a wicket-taking bowler in all formats. And we needed him tonight. [On Sonny Baker's catch to dismiss Marsh] I'd be there pleased catching someone. Sometimes worse, isn't it, if you're the fielder, you don't have to run. So Poor Sunny just had to stand underneath it and just wait what would have felt like an eternity. Another great catch there. But yeah, I think his pace is up. He bowls awkward lengths and creates good angles. So yeah, glad he's on our team. [How will you manage the quick turnaround?] It's just a rehab day tomorrow, turn up without any practice at Lord's and go again. [Do Trent Rockets have an advantage?] So look, the Trent Rockets are a top side. They got into the final straightaway because they've been the form side throughout the tournament. But yeah, we've been playing. We're in a good rhythm. But on the flip side, they've been able to prepare really well and rest up. But we'll find out Sunday night.

Jos Buttler | MSG captain (1/3): Really happy. So many players stood up in some crucial moments. Tim Seifert's been in unbelievable form. To lose him early was disappointing. But Paul Walter's been incredible. Klaasen came and did what he does. All round with the ball we were great. We found ways to take wickets. Our Achilles Heel at the start of the tournament was catching, and we took some great catches today. It's such a dangerous lineup, and it was about trying to frontload our attack and find ways to try and take wickets, especially on this ground. It was about trying to get them as far behind the rate as we could. And then Dawson came on and bowled two perfect yorkers just when we needed them. From my angle, it might've been just outside the line [would he have reviewed if Brook was given not out?]. Obviously, such a dangerous player and the way he started.. we had a nice period against him and managed to quieten him down a little bit. You've got to get these guys out. If Brooky bats for 40-50 balls, they'll win the game. Fortunately we got a good decision there. We do have nice variety (in the bowling). All the seamers are different. Noor Ahmad is obviously unique in his style of bowling. Obviously having Michael Bracewell now for his off-spin. Nice to be able to just bowl who you think is the best bowler at the time as opposed to sneaking guys in.

Josh Tongue | Player of the Match: We were really happy with the score we got. Pauly and Klaasy batted unbelievable. And then I thought we started really well in the powerplay, and then finished off in the back end as well. Quite tough to be fair (for the bowlers). It's obviously a good pitch at the Oval. Does travel quite quick across the square. We talked about just hitting the top of the stumps as much as we can. Thankfully we got our wickets. Just got to make sure we reset, recover well tonight and go again on Sunday.

20:56 Local Time, 19:56 GMT, 01:26 IST: It’s all settled! Manchester Super Giants are through to their third final, and they will face Trent Rockets in the grand finale on Sunday. For Sunrisers Leeds, the journey ends here. Their women’s counterpart have made it to the final, but the men’s side won’t be joining them, bowing out at the penultimate hurdle. Chasing 186 was never going to be easy, and Manchester Super Giants made the perfect start with the ball. Josh Tongue delivered a massive blow to Sunrisers Leeds in his very first set, removing the in-form Mitchell Marsh and Zak Crawley and putting them on the back foot immediately. Harry Brook tried to wrestle the pressure back with a brilliant 49, but was unfortunately given LBW. With no review left in the bank, he had no choice but to walk back. Meanwhile, Ryan Rickelton fought a lone battle with a superb 54 off 34 deliveries, but simply couldn’t get enough of the strike. He remained unbeaten right till the end, but Manchester Super Giants deserve plenty of credit for keeping him off strike and never allowing him to fully take control of the chase. Josh Tongue finished with stunning figures of 4/26, while Sonny Baker also chipped in with a couple of wickets. It was Liam Dawson who bowled the decisive final set of 10 deliveries and was simply outstanding under pressure. He kept nailing yorker after yorker, giving Rickelton and the other batters virtually no room to free their arms.
