Ben Duckett, Man of the Match: I got a bit of luck initially and I just carried on from there. It's always nice to start well and I try and pick things from other guys playing all around the world. I do like to get the ball through the off-side, but with the pace on the pitch I fancied playing leg-side today. The main thing is to get the team out of the line and I'm disappointed to be not there at the end.
JJ Smuts, winning captain: With two right-handers in, we saw the opportunity to get the spinner in and capitalized on that. He (Duckett) played unbelievably well, made it look really easy. We ticked all the boxes.
Dane Vilas, losing captain: Very disappointing really. Can't set 120 odd at the Wanderers. Our bowlers though were really good. We don't have too much time to reflect on all those little things, need to be bit smart with our batting. Hopefully we can make a quick comeback.

Chasing a modest total, Ben Duckett approached the target with an all-guns-blazing attitude and the scorecard is a true reflection of that. Duckett smashed a 75-ball 45 with the next highest score reading 15* that off Rudi Second. After Duckett's departure, Giants went into a bit of shell and as a result, missed out on a bonus point. (should have completed the chase by end 16 overs)
