Arshad Khan to Josh Hazlewood, out Josh Hazlewood Run Out!! A terrible mix-up in the end, first time RCB have been bowled out this season, back of a length delivery outside off, Hazlewood pushes at it and misses, he tries to steal a bye, but, Butler was quick to hit the stumps direct at the striker's end, Hazlewood had just made it to the crease and then tries to steal a run, but Gill was quick to respond at the non-strikers end and hits the stumps with Hazlewood well short of the crease. Josh Hazlewood run out (Shubman Gill) 0(1)

Arshad Khan to Venkatesh Iyer, out Caught by Sai Sudharsan!! Sharp catch in the deep by Sai, full and angling into the stumps, Iyer swings it across the line towards midwicket, the bat turned in his hand, but he still goes through the shot and hits it in the air towards, Sai dives to his left, initially didn't hold onto it, but takes it in the end. Mohammed Siraj to Venkatesh Iyer, FOUR, well struck, pitched up and in the slot, Iyer clears his front leg and drills it down the ground to long-off, excellent timing on that
18.4
Mohammed Siraj to Venkatesh Iyer, 2 runs, short and wide outside off, Iyer gets on top of the bounce and cuts it in the air to third man, he didn't time it well

W
Jason Holder to Romario Shepherd, out Caught by Sai Sudharsan!! It's Holder again, you can't keep him out of action tonight, back of a length and outside off, Shepherd was shaping in to pull, but didn't get it off the middle of the bat and hits it straight into the hands of Sai in the deep, RCB sink further. Romario Shepherd c Sai Sudharsan b Jason Holder 17(15) [6s-2]

W
Rashid Khan to Devdutt Padikkal, out Bowled!! There's the big strike, Dev was deprived of strike as he was losing partners at the other end and now he departs, this one was pushed through quicker on middle, Dev rocks back to defend, but gets into a tangle, as he edges it onto the pads and then the ball ricochets onto the stumps. Devdutt Padikkal b Rashid Khan 40(24) [4s-5 6s-2]
13.4
6
Rashid Khan to Romario Shepherd, SIX, another biggie, he's picking Khan well, tossed up and on middle, Shepherd picks it and smashes it across the line over deep mid-wicket, bit too full from Rashid
13.2
6
Rashid Khan to Romario Shepherd, SIX, smoked into the sightscreen! Rashid Khan goes full and Romario Shepherd has launched it for a handsome six. He's got ability, just that he needs to be wary against Rashid. Can always shift gears against rest of the GT bowlers
12.3
6
Kagiso Rabada to Devdutt Padikkal, SIX, that has gone all the way. Devdutt Padikkal took his eyes off the ball while playing this short ball. Somehow manages to connect it and clears the boundary at fine leg. It was due to Rabada's raw pace that the ball flew away
12.2
4
Kagiso Rabada to Devdutt Padikkal, FOUR, a good effort by Gill in the deep, but I think he was in contact with the cushions. Devdutt Padikkal had punched it through wide mid-off and Gill tried to chase it and flick it away, but he was in contact with the boundary at the same time
11.5
Rashid Khan to Romario Shepherd, 1 run, 100 up for RCB. Romario Shepherd bludgeons this towards long-on for one
10.3
W
Arshad Khan to Krunal Pandya, out Caught by Jason Holder!! Holder is everywhere. A length delivery around middle and leg, Krunal Pandya flicks it straight to mid-wicket where the big man takes it again. Arshad Khan has his arms wide open as he takes his second wicket. RCB will likely need an impact sub in the form of Venkatesh Iyer today. They've faced this issue earlier in the tournament, where Venky Iyer was required. That might be the case even in this match. Meanwhile, GT on top as they are taking wickets at regular intervals. Krunal Pandya c Jason Holder b Arshad Khan 4(4) [4s-1]
10.2
4
Arshad Khan to Krunal Pandya, FOUR, tad short outside off, Krunal Pandya plays it late, carving it away to the square third man fence. Even he gets going with a boundary just like most of the RCB batters today
9.4
W
Rashid Khan to Tim David, out Caught by Jason Holder!! Holder on a roll. He's turning this game on his head, his catching has been extraordinary today. That catch of Patidar earlier, and now this sharp take at mid-wicket. Rashid Khan with a wicket in his first over. This was whipped hard by the batsman and Holder took a sharp grab towards his right-side. Hardly had any time to reach, so that's quite impressive. RCB have lost half their side in Ahmedabad. Momentum shifting like the pendulum of a clock. Tim David c Jason Holder b Rashid Khan 9(6) [6s-1]
8.5
6
Jason Holder to Tim David, SIX, brutal! Shot of an absolutely powerful batsman. This was on the shorter side and Tim David muscles it over deep mid-wicket for a flat six. Looks like he was batting somewhere in the nets before coming in
8.1
W
Jason Holder to Jitesh Sharma, out Caught by Jos Buttler!! Jitesh Sharma's poor run in IPL 2026 continues. Holder into the act again. Took a fabulous catch in the previous over, takes a wicket in this over. And he's absolutely pumped up. This was pitched up by him outside off and the batter was enticed into a drive. A thick outside edge is induced and Buttler behind the wickets completes a well-judged catch moving to his right. They're scoring at a brisk rate, but are losing wickets simultaneously. Jitesh Sharma c Jos Buttler b Jason Holder 1(3)
7.4
W
Arshad Khan to Rajat Patidar, out Caught by Jason Holder!! That's a fantastic catch by Holder. One of the best of IPL 2026, probably. Was a short ball by Arshad Khan and Rajat Patidar went for a pull, gets a top edge towards deep backward square leg. Holder stationed there charges to his right and takes a fine low catch. Rabada too was charging across to take it, but Holder managed to ignore that. RCB players are having an argument with the umpires. They think Holder wasn't in control of the catch and had touched the turf. But the umpires reckon otherwise. Andy Flower still having a chat with the fourth umpire. Rajat Patidar c Jason Holder b Arshad Khan 19(15) [4s-2 6s-1]
7.1
6
Arshad Khan to Rajat Patidar, SIX, Arshad Khan being greeted with a maximum. He goes short and Rajat Patidar picks the length early, transfers his weight onto the back foot and pulls it over deep mid-wicket for a flat six does the RCB skipper

4
Jason Holder to Devdutt Padikkal, FOUR, more runs! This was a short and wide delivery outside off, Devdutt Padikkal throws his hands at it, punching it powerfully through the off-side. Once again the fielder couldn't do much about it, he had to cover quite some ground
6.1
4
Jason Holder to Devdutt Padikkal, FOUR, the approach is going to be the same. That shot by Devdutt Padikkal is an evidence. He makes room by moving away and carves this short and wide ball over backward point. No chance of stopping that
5.2
4
Kagiso Rabada to Rajat Patidar, FOUR, Kagiso Rabada almost with his 2nd wicket. That's a ripper of a delivery. Short and quick around middle, Rajat Patidar had no clue about this one. Ends up getting a top edge towards third man, and manages to beat the fielder who was converging across from third man. Some other day, this would've been a catch
5
4
Mohammed Siraj to Devdutt Padikkal, FOUR, 50 up for RCB! This was short again, Devdutt Padikkal gets hurried up due to the pace, goes for the pull and manages to clear Rashid Khan at mid-wicket. He chases it all the way to the fence and puts in a dive, but can't stop the boundary
4.3
4

Mohammed Siraj to Devdutt Padikkal, SIX, smoked over deep mid-wicket! Fraction short, Devdutt Padikkal picks the length early and hoicks it over the deep mid-wicket fence for a 73m maximum. W
Kagiso Rabada to Virat Kohli, out Caught by Rashid Khan!! Kagiso Rabada has the last laugh! After conceding five boundaries in his 1st over, Kagiso Rabada roars back in style. He looks animated as soon as Rashid Khan takes this catch. That's the quality he has. Didn't get bogged down despite VK taking him on. This was a short and quick delivery around middle and leg, Virat Kohli gets hurried up due to the pace and bounce as he advances down the wicket. Loses his shape while playing this across the line and the top edge has been taken by the fielder at mid-wicket. Gives the batsman as a stare on his way back to the pavilion. Virat Kohli c Rashid Khan b Kagiso Rabada 28(13) [4s-5 6s-1]
2.4
W
Mohammed Siraj to Jacob Bethell, out Caught by Rashid Khan!! Mohammed Siraj draws first blood. Runs were coming thick and fast, but Mohammed Siraj takes a wicket. That was a pretty soft dismissal though. Was a length delivery on middle and leg, Jacob Bethell flicks it straight to the man at mid-wicket. Rashid Khan takes a safe catch, and the left-handed opener is going without making an impact. Think Bethell was dismissed by Siraj in the reverse fixture at the Chinnaswamy too. Jacob Bethell c Rashid Khan b Mohammed Siraj 5(5) [4s-1]
2.2
6

Kagiso Rabada to Virat Kohli, FOUR, make that five in a row. All class. This was pitched up by the bowler outside off and Virat Kohli creamed it through covers for the 5th consecutive boundary. Kagiso Rabada has been among the wickets this season, but Kohli has absolutely torn him apart in his 1st over itself

Mohammed Siraj to Jacob Bethell, FOUR, first boundary of the match! Short and wide outside off, Jacob Bethell throws the kitchen sink at it, slashing it away to the deep backward point boundary. No chance of stopping that as the fielder at third man was pretty fine. A decent over by Mohammed Siraj, barring this boundary ball
