Emrit to Viljoen, out Caught by Usama Mir!! Sharp catch! Mir had to time the leap well and he did that to take this with ease. Was a short ball from Emrit and Viljoen responded with a fiery pull, without trying to keep it down. An inch above Mir and this would have been a boundary but not to be. A priceless innings nevertheless from Viljoen. Viljoen c Usama Mir b Emrit 28(23) [4s-4]

Emrit to Viljoen, FOUR, false start from Emrit and Viljoen cashes in. Strayed on the pads and the South African got a faint tickle on the flick. Got it very fine, leaving the man at 45 with no chance whatsoever. This is turning out to be a little gem from Viljoen

4
Cottrell to Viljoen, FOUR, excellent batting from Viljoen! Got cramped by this shorter length but somehow created room to slice it away and got it wide of backward point as well. No protection in the deep there and it's a superb start to the over for the Zouks
17
4
Brathwaite to Obed McCoy, FOUR, 14 runs off the over! Just the kind of stuff St Lucia would have been hoping for. Brathwaite missed his length once more, landed it in the slot and McCoy heaved it away through square leg. The man in the deep was behind square and couldn't get across

4
Brathwaite to Viljoen, FOUR, excellent placement! Turning out to be a productive over for St Lucia as they inch towards that respectable 125-run mark. Was in the slot and Viljoen slogged this with all his might. Got it wide of the fielder at long-on and this rocketed to the fence
16.1
4
Brathwaite to Obed McCoy, FOUR, genuine edge but no slip in place. You wonder why with the tail batting, even if it's a T20 game. Brathwaite got this in-angler to hold its line a bit and McCoy was just pushing at it tentatively. Doesn't matter how the runs come at this stage, as long as they do

Jordan to Viljoen, FOUR, handy runs! Viljoen certainly can pack a punch with his hits and he's absolutely clobbered the pull on this occasion. Picked the length of this short one early and it didn't rise enough to trouble him. Spanked through mid-wicket

Jordan to Kesrick Williams, out Caught by Thomas!! One-handed stunner from Thomas! Wow! Jordan's CPL debut continues to get better as he nips out his fourth of the night. Has his keeper to thank for this one though. Got this in-angler to straighten just a bit and found the edge of Williams's blade, with Thomas diving to his right to take an absolute corker of a catch. The embarrassment continues for the visitors as they just have two wickets left with 28 balls still remaining. Kesrick Williams c Thomas b Jordan 0(1)

Cottrell to Sammy, out Caught by Thomas!! Sammy is livid with the decision. There was a noise for sure but was there bat or did it come off his calf? Doesn't matter as there are reviews in CPL and he will have to walk back to the hut. Huge moment in the game as he was looking ominous. Was a harmless delivery from Cottrell, sprayed it down leg and Sammy looked to whip it away behind square on the leg-side. Deflected off something as Thomas flung himself to his left to take a screamer of a catch. Initially sounded like bat but don't think there was any willow there. The St Lucia skipper has to go. Sammy c Thomas b Cottrell 18(20) [6s-2]

Cottrell to Sammy, SIX, that's into the top tier! Those long levers from Sammy and he absolutely belts this away over cow corner. Was in that good length zone and that's exactly what Sammy is looking for as he uses his strong bottom hand to good effect
13.1
6
Fabian Allen to Sammy, SIX, brute force from Sammy! He was itching for a big shot and gets one in his slot from Allen. Clubbed away high and handsome over long-on. There was a fielder near the fence but he could only watch it soar over his head

W
Usama Mir to de Grandhomme, out Caught by Kjorn Ottley!! This is poor awareness from de Grandhomme and St Lucia sink further. Penultimate ball of Mir's spell and the Kiwi all-rounder looks for the big shot, the inside out loft but is no position due to the length and sharp turn on this leg break that was hung back by Mir. The result is a mistimed chip that finds sweeper to perfection. Fantastic stuff from the leggie but CdG should have done better. de Grandhomme c Kjorn Ottley b Usama Mir 30(22) [4s-4 6s-1]

4
Brathwaite to Sammy, byes, FOUR, slower ball and not only does Sammy miss the hoick, but so does Thomas who is undone by the bad bounce
8.5
4
Emrit to de Grandhomme, FOUR, more runs for CdG, Emrit slides one onto the pads, with short fine in the ring, all CdG had to do was to get some bat on it, he does so and the ball rolls away to the ropes
8.4
4
Emrit to de Grandhomme, FOUR, nicely played - on a good length and well outside off, CdG plays with an open face and clears backward point with the drive - much needed momentum for the Zouks
8.3
6
Emrit to de Grandhomme, SIX, a one-handed six from CdG, banged in short and seemed to have hurried CdG on the pull - he took his bottom hand off but still had enough power to send the ball sailing over long leg
8.1
W
Emrit to Perera, out Caught by Laurie Evans!! That's an atrocious shot from Thisara - he was looking to break free, wasn't getting anything in his zone - tried to manufacture his own space and ended up spooning a length delivery straight up in the air. Laurie Evans backpedalled from cover-point, kept his eyes on the ball and comes up with a good reverse cupped catch. Perera c Laurie Evans b Emrit 5(10)
7.2
4
Usama Mir to de Grandhomme, FOUR, cracking shot, tossed up outside off, CdG gets a big stride forward and then goes inside out over cover, couple of bounces and over the ropes
5.1
W
Usama Mir to Roland Cato, out Caught by Emrit!! Cato has gift-wrapped his wicket away to Mir - a half-tracker down the leg-side, Cato had already pre-meditated the lap, pressed across and scooped it into the gleeful hands of Emrit at short fine. The Zouks are losing their way completely. Roland Cato c Emrit b Usama Mir 10(12) [4s-2]

4
Jordan to de Grandhomme, FOUR, crunched, CdG is in good touch, spotted the slower ball outside off, turned out to be a floaty half-volley and it's drilled wide of cover for a boundary
4.4
W
Jordan to Kavem Hodge, out Caught by Kjorn Ottley!! Oh dear! Hodge was looking so good, nailed this short ball and found the only man at deep mid-wicket - took a step down the track to a short ball, swivelled across and didn't bother to keep it down - third wicket in the powerplay, Jordan's first game in #CPL19 is turning out to be one that he would remember. Kavem Hodge c Kjorn Ottley b Jordan 13(10) [4s-2]
4.2
4
Jordan to Kavem Hodge, FOUR, top-edge and four, banged in short and at the stumps, Hodge was late on the pull, gets a fat top-edge over the keeper, one bounce and over the ropes
4.1
4
Jordan to Kavem Hodge, FOUR, lovely, length delivery outside off, Hodge leans forward, presents the full face of the bat and lifts it over mid-off, one bounce and over the ropes
3
4
Jordan to Roland Cato, FOUR, lovely, a mere chip from Cato, but the timing was sweet - tad too full from Cato and Cato got into a great position, bounced a couple of times and rolled over the ropes at long-off
2.2
W
Jordan to Cornwall, out Caught by Cottrell!! That's a sharp catch from Cottrell - he's one of the safest around with catches, on a good length and holding its line wide of off, Cornwall swung hard, got a thick outside edge and the ball flew towards third man - Cottrell had to move across to his left, bends down low and completes a fine running catch. Cornwall c Cottrell b Jordan 5(5) [4s-1]
2.1
4
Jordan to Cornwall, FOUR, thumped, length delivery outside off, Cornwall gets under the delivery and smashes it over the leaping fielder at mid-off, one bounce and over the ropes
2
4
Cottrell to Roland Cato, FOUR, Cato finally gets Cottrell away for runs - short and at the stumps, he swivelled across, rolled his wrists and placed the pull wide of the fielder at backward square leg
0.3
W
Jordan to Andre Fletcher, out Caught by Fabian Allen!! A long hop and Fletcher has cut it straight to Allen at backward point - that's a very very soft dismissal for Fletcher, a wicket in his very first over of #CPL19 for Jordan, width on offer and Fletcher's eyes lit up, went hard on the shot and didn't bother keeping it down. Andre Fletcher c Fabian Allen b Jordan 1(2)
